COPYRIGHT INFORMATION: Everything you see or read on this portal is copyrighted and may not be used for anything other than personal and non-commercial use unless prior written permission has been granted. Please note that if you modify or use the materials on this website for any purpose other than personal use, you will be violating the intellectual property rights of the rightful owners.
This notice describes our Terms and Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy. By continuing using of the website, documentation and code examples, you admit to have accepted the practices described in this notice and any future changes to Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy.
As a part of our commitment to your privacy, we’ve agreed that (1) customers personal information will not be rented, sold or exchanged with other marketers; (2) we honor customers’ requests not to share their information with other marketers; and (3) we honor customers’ requests not to receive mail, telephone or other solicitations.
What Personal Information About Customers We Gather
The information we obtain from customers is required to enable the offered software functionality. Other kinds of information we learn from customers help us personalize and continually improve your user experience. Here are the types of information we gather.
Information You Give Us
We receive and store any information you inadvertently reveal by using our portal, software and documentation or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information that you provide for such purposes as enabling core website functionality, responding to your requests, customizing future purchases for you and communicating with you.
The information we request from you and store in the website database is kept minimal and strictly limited to what’s necessary for providing website functionality. It always includes:
- Your email address, used to identify you as website user
- Name of your organization - company, institution etc.
Automatically Gathered Information
We keep a limited log of your usage of the website and software for security and troubleshooting purposes. This includes information about visited pages and performed actions. It can be removed by our System Administrator on your explicit request.
Examples of the information we collect and analyze include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform; the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our website, including date and time; products you viewed or searched for. During some visits we may use software tools such as JavaScript to measure and collect session information, including page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.
Information from Other Sources
We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information.
To serve you better, we may combine information you give us online, or through our catalogs. We may also combine that information with publicly available information and information we receive from or cross-reference with others with whom we have established a business relationship. We use that combined information to enhance and personalize your shopping experience with us, to communicate with you about our products and events that may be of interest to you, and for other promotional purposes.
Examples of information we receive from other sources include updated delivery and address information from our carriers or other third parties, which we use to correct our records and deliver your next purchase or communication more easily; account information, purchase or redemption information, and page-view information from some merchants with which we operate co-branded businesses or for which we provide technical, fulfillment, or other services; search term and search result.
E-mail Communications
We require your email address to create your user account. You are then asked to provide your email address each time you log on to the website. This address is also used for other core functionality:
- Sending functional messages such as password reset requests
- Delivering website notifications to which have to explicitly can opt-in
- Notifying you about important updates and changes to website functionality.
We do not dispatch unsolicited marketing messages through the website. To help us make emails more useful and interesting, we often receive confirmation when you open such emails. If you do not want to receive e-mail or other mail from us, please let us know.
Handling of Personal Information
How Secure Is Information About Me?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using HTTPS protocol, which encrypts all transmitted information and prevents it from being accessed by third parties during transmission. This includes any information you input, as well as any information you receive and see on the screen.
We never store your passwords in the database, neither as clear text nor encrypted. Instead, we store password hash, which makes it impossible to recover the original password. We mitigate attempts to break your password with brute-force attempts, by blocking your account on repeated invalid login attempts. Your locked account can be unlocked only by the System Administrator.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.
Whenever processing online orders and payments, we transmit your credit card number to the appropriate payment services provider.
What About Cookies?
The Integration API does not use cookies for identifying you or tracking your activity. When you log in to the API, we create a unique session token and store it in your browser storage. The session token is strictly required for secure communication with back-end services. It is never stored in our back-end.
Paid Services
Access to the iRepeater platform and its data for commercial purposes is offered as paid service. Additional services might be added as the platform continues to grow. You will find the most up-to-date pricing information and purchasing terms on the dashboard website in the Help / FAQ section.
Fair Use Policy
By approving these Terms and Conditions you unequivocally agree to use the website in a fair and reasonable manner. Unless explicitly permitted to do otherwise, you agree to:
- Use the system with good intentions and in a responsible manner.
- Not disclose your account name and password to third parties.
- Not log into the system from multiple systems in an excessive manner, performed in a way that negatively impacts system performance.
- Not log into the system in an automated manner using any scripts or software. The platform is designed for human use only. If you require automated access to data, please contact us to arrange safe and secure access through programmatic API, available as a separate service.
- Not use any screen scraping and data scraping software to gain access to system data.
- Not attempt to break any encryption protocols of passwords, session tokens or data.
- Not engage in reverse engineering of application code for any reason whatsoever.
- Not disclose any of the application code or technical details of the platform to third parties.
- Be subject to automated monitoring of usage patterns and system load, all within legal framework of our privacy policy.
- Be subject to automated deactivation of account and temporary revoking of access to the website without prior notice, whenever suspicious, excessive or abusive activity is detected on your account.
- Refrain from any activity which is outside the intended and officially documented ways of using the platform.
- Refrain from any activity which might negatively impact the website’s integrity or our business interests.
Other Provisions
Conditions of Use, Notices, and Revisions
If you choose to use the website, your usage and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Notice, including limitations of damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law in Ireland. If you have any concern about privacy, please contact us and give us a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it.
Our business changes constantly and our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice will change also. We may email periodic reminders of our notices and conditions, unless you have instructed us not to, but you should check our portal frequently to see recent changes. Unless stated otherwise, our current Terms and Conditions and Privacy Notice applies to all information that we have about you and your account. We stand behind the promises we make, however, and will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the consent of affected customers.
