The alerts on a one or several devices can be configured from the Inventory page. Select a device by clicking the checkbox for that item. The configuration menu will popup on the right. Choose the Alerts tab and configure the alerts for the selected devices.

Muting Alerts

You can mute any or all alerts for a device. Muted alerts are still being detected and logged by the platform, but no email will be sent out to you.

Recurring Alerts

Some alerts are recurring. This means that as long as the error persists, an email alert will be sent periodically. The default period for this recurring alert is 1 day. However, you can change this value here. For example, you may want to be only reminded of this particular alert once a week, instead of every 24h.
