Alert Statistics

On the Alert Statistics page, we can see an overview of all the detected alerts on all devices that have Pro Monitoring activated. To see the statistics:

  • Choose a date range
  • Choose which customer you wish to view

If you choose your own organisation, then you will see all the detected alerts for all organisations under your management, grouped in the following sections:

  • (nn) alerts were detected: This section shows all the alerts detected during the chosen period, including recurring alerts. It is possible that a particular device has triggered the same alert many times. All these repeated alerts will appear here. This view is useful for deeper analysis.

  • (nn) devices under your management reported: This section shows all devices which have triggered any alerts during the selected period, and the last alert for each device. For a quick overview of the alerts choose this option.
