Alert notifications are turned off by default. Each administrator of your organisation can enable alert notifications individually and receive them on his e-mail address. To enable alert notifications, go to Administration / Preferences. Under the Alert Notifications section, mark the checkboxes:

  • Alerts from my own devices - to receive notifications about alerts on all devices under your account
  • Alerts from devices of my customers - to receive notifications about alerts on all devices under your customers

Alert notifications will be sent to your email address at the specified frequency. You can add more email addresses in the field below, separating them with a semicolon ;.
